Have you been paying a secret commission
that has affected your business?

Millions of UK businesses rely on an energy broker to help them find the best deal on their business energy needs, with these brokers earning commission on packages they source you.

If your business has used an energy broker, then they may have sold you an energy deal with secret commission fees that goes directly to them, without telling you the full details behind your contract.

Brokers have – often deliberately – failed to disclose just how much money they’re earning on commission.

Thousands of companies across the UK, ranging from microbusinesses to large-scale corporations and trusts, rely on the work of honest brokers to get a business energy contract that’s right for them.

FAQ

The entire process is strictly on a no win no fee basis. All enquires will go through a vetting process and those eligible for a claim will be processed at zero costs all the way through to completion. All fees are paid on the backend as we take a small percentage from the earnings of a successful claim. A client will not incur any charges if a successful claim isn’t the outcome.
Some suppliers rely heavily on the introductions they get from brokers so the supplier probably wouldn’t disclose this information. In some cases, the supplier and the brokers have an arrangement whereby the supplier must leave it to the broker to answer questions about commissions.
Unfortunately, there’s no guarantee you will be given all the correct information. We have experienced brokers giving incomplete information which could be misleading for some understandably. The brokers make a commission from these agreements so information and clarity on broker fees are not so readily available.
Simply provide us with some contact details, sign a letter of authority giving us permission to contact the broker(s) and supplier and that’s it, leave the rest to us. We will write to the broker(s) and suppliers to ascertain the value of your claim. Once we begin proceedings, we kindly ask that you provide any further information that the solicitors may need. Chances are you won’t need to be contacted but on some occasions a little more information may be required.
Like most claims, the process from start through to you receiving your payout, including all legal proceedings, usually take around 6-9 months. That’s not to say it’s impossible for claims to be settled outside of this time frame.
